2021 for photographing weddings was insane. With 2020 being the shitshow that it was and no one wanting a wedding without a party or a dance floor (I wouldn’t either), all of my weddings got rescheduled to 2021. Add in the weddings already booked for 2021 and things not really kicking off until the end of June when restrictions fully lifted, I had 2 years worth of work in the space of 6 months.
I can’t thank my couples enough for being so understanding and relaxed about how long it took to deliver their wedding photos. Thank you.
A few of my highlights from this crazy year was definitely seeing Boris’ face on a Pinata getting repeatedly smashed in (let’s carry on that tradition shall we?). The dance floors being absolutely rammed with people just wanting to party and most importantly, the emotion of family and friends finally getting back together to celebrate their favourite people getting married.
